The American Society of Home Inspectors have a number of qualifications to be listed as an ASHI Inspector. Successfully passing the National Home Inspectors Examination is part of ASHI requirements.
We are member of the Iowa Chapter of ASHI. This group meets monthly for professional development and Continuing Education specifically for professional Home Inspectors.
We hold the Home Inspector license from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. We met their testing and qualification requirements.
